Curriculum Resources for Anti-SLAPP training
PATFox is developing Europe’s first anti-SLAPP curriculum, drawing both on international expertise and European human rights principles, as well as local procedural knowledge and case law.
A handbook for our core EU and international law module is now available, alongside SLAPP case studies drawn from 11 EU member states, local curriculum materials and videos.
