Curriculum Resources for Anti-SLAPP training
PATFox is developing Europe’s first anti-SLAPP curriculum, drawing both on international expertise and European human rights principles, as well as local procedural knowledge and case law.
A handbook for our core EU and international law module is now available, alongside SLAPP case studies drawn from 11 EU member states, local curriculum materials and videos.

It will enable lawyers to identify SLAPPs and to consider a number of legal strategies which might assist them both to pre-empt and to respond to threats of litigation
